{"id":30,"date":"2018-12-18T05:12:27","date_gmt":"2018-12-18T03:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iph.xto.hu\/?page_id=30"},"modified":"2019-02-15T12:15:46","modified_gmt":"2019-02-15T10:15:46","slug":"infrastruktura","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.iph.hu\/en\/infrastruktura\/","title":{"rendered":"Infrastructure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-184 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/iph.kembridge.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/infoblokk_kedv_final_felso_cmyk_KA-300x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.iph.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/infoblokk_kedv_final_felso_cmyk_KA-300x207.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.iph.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/infoblokk_kedv_final_felso_cmyk_KA-768x531.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.iph.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/infoblokk_kedv_final_felso_cmyk_KA.jpg 1453w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"tlid-input input\">\n<div class=\"source-wrap\">\n<div class=\"input-full-height-wrapper tlid-input-full-height-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"source-input\">\n<div class=\"source-footer-wrap source-or-target-footer\">\n<div class=\"character-count tlid-character-count\">\n<div class=\"cc-ctr normal\"><span title=\"\">In the framework of the investment aimed at the infrastructure development of the Tatab\u00e1nya Western Industrial Park, three cycle cycling routes, roundabouts and access roads were built along with the construction of the necessary public lighting.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The total cost of the development, partly financed by the tender &#8211; KDOP-1.1.1 \/ AB-11-2012-0016 &#8211; was realized from HUF 400,308,556, of which HUF 200 million is self-financing, the Industrial Project Hung\u00e1ria Construction, Trade and Service Ltd. and<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">two municipalities, Tatab\u00e1nya County City and K\u00f6rnye Municipality financed.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The three-stroke, two-way investment aimed at creating the necessary traffic conditions for the increased vehicle and bicycle traffic generated by the settled companies on the one hand and exploring new areas within the industrial park on the other hand, based on investor needs.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase, the construction of bicycle paths and public lighting near the existing road network was completed. On the Orgon\u00e1s Street, 892 meters long, two meters wide asphalted cycle path was built, with 900 meters of public lighting. Thirty-three reinforced concrete pylons were installed with a 100 W light source.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the second stage, a roundabout was built to serve the increased freight traffic. This was complemented by a 41-meter long 3-meter-high reinforced concrete wall bracket and the further installation of public lighting on the affected section. With the construction of the road and roundabout, it was also necessary to build a rainwater drainage system, which was also part of the second stage. In the third stage, a new exploration road was built with a rainwater drainage system, which helps to further expand the Industrial Park. At this stage of the investment, the transfer of the overhead and underground cable lines to the terrestrial system, which replaced the electric utilities, took place. As part of the project, the continuation of the \u00dcveggy\u00e1ri road was built, along a length of 1026 meters, which was equipped with an asphalt surface of 2 meters width.<\/p>\n<p>The project owner, the organization operating the industrial park, was founded in 1997 by the Industrial Project Hung\u00e1ria Ltd., which has been operating the park since 1998. As a result of its activities, there are currently 44 companies in the field.
