The qualification and skillfulness of the local labor provide a solid foundation for the location of high added value and advanced technologies. Ensuring skillful labor is of key importance for the further development of the city and maintaining its competitiveness.
\nThe local government takes an important role in the coordination of the cooperation between employers and vocational institutions in order to ensure that vocational education in the city meets the requirements of the demand on the labor market and enable the vocational system to react flexibly to the arising demand. For this purpose, the Local Government of Tatab\u00e1nya and the Local Government of Oroszl\u00e1ny have jointly established the Tatab\u00e1nya-Oroszl\u00e1ny Vocational Education Association.<\/p>\n
The Tatab\u00e1nya-Oroszl\u00e1ny Vocational Education Association (new type of Regional Integrated Vocational Training Centre) was created following the changes in the Act LXXVII. of 1996 on vocational contribution and the support of vocational education development, jointly by the General Assembly of the Representatives of Tatab\u00e1nya and the General Assembly of the Representatives of Oroszl\u00e1ny. This step became necessary as the old type of Regional Integrated Vocational Training Centres could only receive development subsidies as Central Education Institutions and as that only until the 1st of January, 2010. With the establishment of the Association, the local governments of Tatab\u00e1nya and Oroszl\u00e1ny met the prerequisite for their vocational schools to access vocational contributions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
